Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture evenly on both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon skin-side down into the skillet.

- Flip the fillets gently and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and add melted butter, honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Stir and cook until the glaze thickens slightly.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the glaze over each piece for an additional minute.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra crispy skin, do not scrape the skin against the pan while cooking. You can serve this salmon with warm rice or steamed vegetables.
