Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (browned and drained)
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (14 oz)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups white rice (cooked)
Instructions
- In your crockpot, place all ingredients except the cooked rice.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- When ready to serve, spoon the soup into bowls and top with a generous spoonful of cooked rice.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with warm crusty bread or a side salad. Fresh parsley makes a lovely garnish.
