- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until tender, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sautéed vegetables, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
