Description

A deliciously cheesy low-carb bake packed with chicken, spinach, and mushrooms, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until tender, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
