Description

A scrumptious dish combining savory and sweet flavors, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fillets Salmon (6 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons Butter (Melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (Freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh parsley (Chopped, for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (Optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are fully coated for maximum flavor.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. For an extra caramelized finish, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
  7. Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley and optional lemon slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use wild-caught salmon. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freezing the raw fillets in the butter mixture is also an option for up to 2 months.
