Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until bubbly.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  6. Pour half of the garlic butter sauce over the salmon fillets.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Drizzle remaining sauce over the fillets before serving warm with lemon wedges.

Notes

For variations, try Asian-inspired flavors with soy sauce or herb-infused options using dill or tarragon.
