- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down, and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Pour half of the garlic butter sauce over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over the fillets before serving warm with lemon wedges.
