A delightful Garlic Butter Salmon dish that comes together in just 15 minutes, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 2 Salmon fillets
- 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat until it begins to foam.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté just until fragrant, about 30 seconds to a minute. Be careful not to burn the garlic!
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Add the salmon to the pan, skin-side down if applicable, and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle the cooked salmon with fresh lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
