Description

These Halloween Brookies combine the rich flavors of chocolate brownies and sweet cookie dough, perfect for celebrating the spooky season.


Ingredients

  • 1 box store-bought brownie mix
  • 1 package Pillsbury ghost-shaped sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package Halloween M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Fold in ¼ cup of M&M’s into the brownie batter for an extra treat.
  4. Pour the brownie mix into a greased 9 x 13 pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle a handful of M&M’s on top of the brownie batter for festive flair.
  6. Take 15 pieces of the ghost-shaped cookie dough and place them evenly on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 28-30 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when a toothpick inserted comes out with just a few crumbs and the edges look a little crispy.
