- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
