Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with sliced green onions.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
