Description

A delicious and easy recipe for salmon fillets coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves, minced Fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalks, sliced Green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the foil, skin-side down, and brush them with the glaze mixture.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Switch the oven to broil for the last minute to caramelize the surface.
  7. Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust spiciness by adding red pepper flakes if desired.
