- 3 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves, minced Fresh garlic

- 2 stalks, sliced Green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on the foil, skin-side down, and brush them with the glaze mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Switch the oven to broil for the last minute to caramelize the surface.
- Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon and garnish with sliced green onions.
Notes
