Description

Delightful, hearty Garlic Butter Steak Bites ready in under 15 minutes, packed with rich flavors and juicy tenderness.


Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 pounds steak, cut into small bite-sized pieces
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • Green onion, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, stirring until well coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil.
  3. Once hot, add the steak in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until nicely browned.
  4. Remove the steak from the pan, drain excess liquid, and add the butter or ghee.
  5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  6. Return the steak to the pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat in the garlic butter.
  7. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Serve hot, garnished with green onion.

Notes

Use high-quality cuts of steak for the best flavor. Don’t overcrowd the pan while searing to achieve a golden-brown crust.
