- 2 cups Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
- 16 ounces ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until softened and browned.
- Drain any excess grease, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper until cheese melts.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment, place shredded cheese in eight even circles and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cheese circles cool slightly, then add filling and roll them gently around it to form wraps.
