Description

Delicious, low-carb roll-ups filled with savory ground beef, cheesy goodness, and colorful peppers, perfect for a quick meal or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until softened and browned.
  3. Drain any excess grease, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper until cheese melts.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment, place shredded cheese in eight even circles and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  5. Let cheese circles cool slightly, then add filling and roll them gently around it to form wraps.
