These fun Oreo Spider Cookies are perfect for Halloween and are sure to impress your family and friends.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy free)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 12 Oreo cookies (Halloween kind or double stuffed)
- 36 pretzel sticks
- 12 small candy eyeballs
- 3 tablespoons sprinkles
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Microwave for about a minute until fully melted.
- Break 3 pretzel sticks in half and twist the Oreo to remove the top wafer, leaving the cream side exposed. Insert the pretzel stick halves into the cream to make spider legs.
- Pour about 1/2 teaspoon of melted chocolate on top of the legs and gently press the blank Oreo wafer back down to seal the pretzel sticks.
- Dip one side of the cookie into the remaining melted chocolate. Place a few candy eyeballs on top and sprinkle with festive sprinkles.
- Chill the cookies in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
