Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese (Full, Reduced, or Fat Free)
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (Optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning (Optional)
  • Oregano (Optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  2. Process or blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread to desired thickness.
  5. Top with oregano or preferred toppings if desired.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350°F (176°C) for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown edges form.
