- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese (Full, Reduced, or Fat Free)
- 3/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (Optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning (Optional)

Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Process or blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread to desired thickness.
- Top with oregano or preferred toppings if desired.
- Bake in the oven at 350°F (176°C) for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown edges form.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing.
