- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, pure maple syrup, peppermint extract, cocoa powder, and almond milk in a sealable container or mason jar. Whisk to integrate.
- Seal the container tightly to avoid spills and shake to combine.
- Place in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight for best results.

Notes
Will last in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. Can be dressed up with cocoa nibs, fresh mint leaves, or coconut whipped cream.
