- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together sesame oil, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Marinate salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove salmon from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches 145°F internally.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve with jasmine rice or seasonal vegetables for a complete meal. Leftovers can be used in salads or tacos.
