Description

A delicious and healthy salmon dish with a sweet and savory orange sauce, cooked effortlessly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together sesame oil, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Marinate salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove salmon from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches 145°F internally.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve with jasmine rice or seasonal vegetables for a complete meal. Leftovers can be used in salads or tacos.
