Ingredients

- 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can of unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 2 (0.87 ounce) envelopes of chicken gravy mix
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth (optional for extra gravy)
- Hot steamed rice (to serve)
Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Whisk together the soup, gravy mix, and optional water or chicken broth in a separate bowl.
- Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
- Before serving, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces directly in the cooker.
- Serve the savory chicken and gravy over hot steamed rice.
Notes
For richer flavor, consider browning the chicken before placing it in the slow cooker. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer.
