  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Prep a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Chop the Halloween Oreos into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle half across the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and milk using an electric mixer. The batter will be thick!
  4. Fold in the Halloween sprinkles and mix well .
