- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup spinach or mixed greens
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your favorite sauce (e.g., ranch, BBQ, or hot sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite sauce. Toss to coat.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spoon an equal amount of the chicken mixture in the center. Add spinach and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the basket and let cool for a moment before slicing in half. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, brush the wraps with olive oil before air frying. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge or frozen for longer storage.
