- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: parmesan, parsley, chili flakes
Instructions
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes into halves or quarters, pat dry to remove moisture.
- Toss potatoes in a mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.
- Optionally, toss with parmesan and parsley before serving.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
