  • Greens: spinach, kale, Swiss chard, or escarole
  • Dairy: cream, half-and-half, Greek yogurt, or coconut milk
  • Proteins: shredded chicken, ground beef, tofu, or smoked sausage
  • Fats: olive oil, butter, or bacon fat
  • Herbs and spices: bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, smoked paprika, cumin
  • Acid: lemon, sherry vinegar, soy sauce, Parmesan rind

Instructions
