- Pickles
- Red onion
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon dill relish
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and spices, breaking it up while it cooks.
- Brown the beef fully until it’s no longer pink.
- In a small bowl, whisk all the special sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Assemble your burger bowls with romaine lettuce, beef, tomatoes, pickles, and red onions.
- Drizzle the special sauce over everything and enjoy!
