Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Pickles
  • Red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and spices, breaking it up while it cooks.
  3. Brown the beef fully until it’s no longer pink.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk all the special sauce ingredients until smooth.
  5. Assemble your burger bowls with romaine lettuce, beef, tomatoes, pickles, and red onions.
  6. Drizzle the special sauce over everything and enjoy!
