Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream and sugar, mixing until well combined.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  7. Gradually sift in the flour and mix until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, filling it about 3/4 full.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is dark golden and the center is slightly jiggly.
  10. Let the cheesecake cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  11. Serve chilled.
