- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil for serving

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried basil, and oregano on a baking sheet.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and splitting open.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Place the burrata on a serving plate, spoon the cooled tomatoes around it.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve with crostini for scooping and dipping.
