- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the cooked salmon to the skillet to heat through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a richer flavor, sear the salmon skin-side down first. You can also add a splash of white wine after sautéing the garlic for an extra flavor boost.
