A festive twist on classic Rice Krispies Treats, these Candy Corn Treats blend chewy texture with vibrant colors for a perfect seasonal treat.

- 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 5 drops yellow food gel
- 2 1/4 cups crisp rice cereal

Instructions
- Spray an 8 or 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray or grease with butter.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, 2 tablespoons butter, and a pinch of salt. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, then stir until melted; microwave for another 15 seconds if needed.
- Whisk in the yellow food gel, then fold in crisp rice cereal until well-blended.
- Press the yellow layer around the edges of the pan to create a ring.
- For the orange layer, wash the bowl and repeat the process using 1-2 drops of red food gel.
- For the white layer, melt the last set of mini marshmallows, butter, and salt in a clean bowl. Mix in crisp rice cereal and press into the center of the pan.
- Let cool for at least 2 hours before slicing into triangles.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Use butter on hands for easier mixing and pressing.
