Delightful caramel apple cheesecake bars that combine creamy cheesecake with sweet apples, all wrapped in a graham cracker crust.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a rectangular baking dish.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter; press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
- Fold in sliced apples and cinnamon.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and swirl through the mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. They can be frozen for up to three months.
