Description
A fun twist on classic cheeseburgers, these crispy spring rolls are packed with cheesy, meaty goodness and are perfect for family meals or game day snacks.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar
- 10 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Vegetable Oil for Frying
- Flaky Salt for finishing
Instructions
- Add ground beef, onion, and seasoned salt to a fry pan over medium-high heat, breaking up the beef until fully cooked. Strain fat and mix in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and dill pickles. Turn off the heat and add cheese; taste for seasoning adjustments if necessary.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape, then add 2–3 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center. Tuck the corners tightly and roll up, sealing with a dab of moisture from your fingers.
- For Air Fryer: Spray the rolls lightly with oil, arrange them in the basket without overcrowding, and cook at 380°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- For Deep Fryer: Heat oil to 370°F, then fry the rolls for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and perfectly crispy. Dust with flaky salt before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for a month. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for best results.
