- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 10 equal pieces and roll each into an 8-inch long rope, making the ends thicker.
- Snip the ends of each dough rope with kitchen scissors, making two small cuts on both ends.
- Brush melted butter on each breadstick and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden, then add shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until melted.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
