Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Creamy Alfredo sauce
- Cooked chicken, shredded
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Spread Alfredo sauce over the flatbread.
- Add shredded chicken on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken.
- If desired, add grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven, or 8-10 minutes in the air fryer, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is crispy.
- Let it cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley.
- Slice into pieces and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in herbs or spices before cooking. You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
