Description

A comforting and easy-to-make Chicken Alfredo Flatbread that brings a cozy feel to family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Creamy Alfredo sauce
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce over the flatbread.
  4. Add shredded chicken on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken.
  6. If desired, add grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven, or 8-10 minutes in the air fryer, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is crispy.
  8. Let it cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley.
  9. Slice into pieces and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in herbs or spices before cooking. You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
