- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, vegetables)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza-like crust.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly. Layer on your desired toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts and is bubbling.
- Slice and enjoy your chicken crust pizza.
Notes
For a crispier crust, broil the pizza for the last couple of minutes and monitor it to prevent burning. You can also mix in fresh herbs for added flavor.
