Description

A healthier twist on traditional pizza featuring a crust made of ground chicken, topped with your favorite ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, vegetables)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza-like crust.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly. Layer on your desired toppings.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts and is bubbling.
  7. Slice and enjoy your chicken crust pizza.

Notes

For a crispier crust, broil the pizza for the last couple of minutes and monitor it to prevent burning. You can also mix in fresh herbs for added flavor.
