Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Add diced chicken, broth, potatoes, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
