- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the eggs and vanilla until glossy.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool completely.
- For the mousse layer, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the melted chocolate chips and powdered sugar.
- Spread the mousse mixture evenly over the cooled brownies and chill in the refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
Notes
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
