- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Add chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Stir together thoroughly.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and drop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours until clusters are completely solid.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring in between.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle a hint of sea salt over the clusters and return them to the freezer for a few minutes until chocolate hardens.
- Enjoy the clusters straight from the freezer.
