Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Stir together thoroughly.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and drop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours until clusters are completely solid.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring in between.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle a hint of sea salt over the clusters and return them to the freezer for a few minutes until chocolate hardens.
  7. Enjoy the clusters straight from the freezer.
