- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

- Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg whites in a clean, dry bowl until soft peaks form, then gradually add the granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.
- Gently fold in the vinegar and cornstarch.
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a large circle.
- Bake for about 90 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool inside.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Once the meringue is cool, break it into pieces and layer in a trifle dish with the whipped cream and mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Garnish with mint leaves and additional berries as desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short while before serving.
Notes
For best texture, use room temperature egg whites and layer cream and berries separately if preparing ahead.
