- For the streusel topping:

- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and mix gently until just combined.
- Prepare the streusel topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Sprinkle the streusel mixture generously over the batter.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
