Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the drained butter beans to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream and add a tablespoon of butter at the end for richness.
