- 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Add ground beef and cook in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
