Description

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Chicken thighs (About 6-8)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry using paper towels.
  3. Arrange the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over them.
  4. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Sprinkle the spice blend over the chicken.
