- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mini marshmallows together, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the peanut butter and mix well until fully integrated.
- Remove from heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
