Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mini marshmallows together, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the peanut butter and mix well until fully integrated.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
  4. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
