Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the cream of chicken soup, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are coated in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Stir in the sour cream into the slow cooker until well combined.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
- Serve the creamy chicken mixture over the cooked angel hair pasta.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
