Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the egg, Greek yogurt, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Add the protein powder and milk to the mixture; whisk until smooth.
- Dip each slice of bread into the batter, ensuring both sides are soaked.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
- Place the soaked bread in the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
