Description
These delicious grilled hamburgers are juicy, flavorful, and incredibly simple to prepare, making them perfect for family gatherings or cozy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Seasoned salt to taste
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Preheat your outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, and garlic powder. Be careful not to overmix; just combine until everything is lightly blended.
- Form the mixture into three patties, handling the meat as little as possible to keep them tender.
- Brush olive oil onto both sides of each patty, then sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Place the patties on the hot grill, cooking them until no longer pink in the center, approximately 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) in the center.
Notes
To avoid sticky burgers, keep your hands oiled when shaping the patties. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while grilling.
