Description
A warm, gooey Pesto Grilled Cheese packed with flavor, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread (your favorite kind)
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- Butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- Spread pesto generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, pesto side up, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cheese of your choice on top of the bread.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, pesto side down.
- Butter the outside of the bread.
- Grill until golden brown, then flip to grill the other side until the cheese has melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra crispy exterior, use a mix of butter and olive oil when grilling. Let cheese come to room temperature for even melting.
