- 1 lemon zested (optional)
- 4 bread slices
- 4 strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, honey, cinnamon, and lemon zest (if using) until smooth.
- Spoon the custard mixture into the center of each slice of bread.
- Top with sliced strawberries, piling them generously.
