  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray or additional olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. 3. Set up three coating stations: seasoned flour in first dish, beaten eggs in second, breadcrumb mixture in third.
  4. 4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
