Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, beaten eggs, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined and hold together.
- Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
