Description

Indulge in the festive flavors of these delightful Frosted Christmas Brownies, adorned with colorful frostings and festive decorations for a holiday treat everyone will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Boxes of Brownie Mix (or a double batch of homemade brownies)
  • 13 jars of White Frosting
  • Red Edible Gel Food Coloring
  • Green Edible Gel Food Coloring
  • Edible Gold Stars
  • White Pearl Sprinkles
  • Icing Bags
  • Frosting Tips (large star tip 1M)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie box instructions and spray a 9-inch spring form pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix both brownie mixes and pour the batter into the spring form pan, spreading evenly.
  3. Bake according to packaging instructions, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool.
  4. Remove the brownie from the spring form pan and cut into 8 triangles.
  5. Mix white frosting with red food coloring in a small bowl for a festive hue, and do the same for green frosting in a separate bowl.
  6. Place the colorful frostings into icing bags fitted with your favorite frosting tips.
  7. Decorate brownies with green frosting and white pearl sprinkles for a Christmas tree effect. Use red and white frosting for Santa Claus hat decoration.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Add vanilla extract to the brownie batter for enhanced flavor. Chopped nuts or chocolate chips can also be added for extra crunch. Consider sprinkling crushed candy canes on top before serving for a festive touch.
