- 1 pound potatoes (cubed)

- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the cubed beef and the potatoes.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and beef broth into the saucepan.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, brown the beef before adding it to the slow cooker and add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
