Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes (cubed)
  • 4 tablespoons garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the cubed beef and the potatoes.

  3. Stir in salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and beef broth into the saucepan.
