Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded vegan mozzarella
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 68 grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup artichokes, quartered
  • 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled vegan feta
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare and shape the pizza dough, then bake for about 8 minutes until set.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the pre-baked crust.
  4. Evenly distribute minced garlic on top.
  5. Layer with mozzarella, followed by spinach, tomatoes, olives, artichokes, and red onion.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
  7. Add parsley for garnish.
