- ¾ cup oat flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1½ tbsp garlic powder
- 1½ tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, oat flour, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 ½ inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a lightly greased baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Notes
For added moisture, consider adding grated zucchini or carrots to the beef mixture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or frozen for up to three months.
