Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 lbs ground beef (93/7)
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1½ tbsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • Oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, oat flour, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 ½ inches in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a lightly greased baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Notes
